Prosperity connects to your accounts read-only, encrypts your data in transit and at rest, and never sells it. The protections aren't a premium add-on — they're the floor everyone stands on, including Free.

Your data is encrypted on its way to us and while it's stored. We connect through Plaid, the same infrastructure trusted by major financial apps, and we never see or store your bank username or password.
Prosperity holds a read-only view. There is no pathway in the product for us — or anyone with our access — to move your money.

Prosperity connects to your bank through Plaid with read-only access. Your bank credentials are never stored on our servers, and the connection cannot initiate a transfer.
Because access is read-only, even in the unlikely event of a compromised session, there is no way to transfer or withdraw your money through Prosperity.
Every device signed in to your account is listed in Settings, with what it is and when it was last active. You can end any one of them, or all the others at once. Ending a session stops that device renewing straight away; anything it already loaded can keep working for up to 15 minutes.
You're the customer, not the product.
Prosperity is paid for by subscriptions — so our incentive is to serve you, not to monetize your attention or your data.
We don't run ads and we don't sell your data. There's no third party paying to influence what you see.
Your data is yours. Export it whenever you like, or delete your account and take it with you — no dark patterns.
Encryption and read-only bank access are on every plan, including Free. Security is not an upsell — it's the price of admission.
