Can I switch or cancel plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings whenever you like. Changes take effect at your next billing date, and cancelling never deletes your data, you keep read-only access to what you\u2019ve tracked.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Your data stays yours. Downgrading simply locks the higher-tier features and history behind that plan again, nothing is erased. You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, and deleting your account removes your data for good.
Is there a free trial?
No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card, so you can use Prosperity without paying anything. Paid plans bill from the day you upgrade, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn\u2019t right, reach out to support and we\u2019ll make it right. We\u2019d rather you were on the plan that fits than locked into one you\u2019re not using.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we connect to your bank read-only through Plaid, and we never store your bank credentials. We show no ads and never sell your data.
